Marissa Harrington

marissaHSenior Trial Consultant

Marissa is a senior litigation consultant who arms attorneys engaged in complex commercial litigation with effective courtroom strategies. For over 11 years, she has provided them with powerful case themes, and has equipped them with the impressive multimedia presentations necessary to bolster those themes.

Because Marissa’s experience includes serving as law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, practicing law, and consulting on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, she is uniquely able to anticipate the varied ways observers might perceive courtroom arguments. This skill enables her to provide clients with presentations that will resonate with every single juror.

Marissa has experience working on high-level matters, including mass tort pharmaceutical cases, multinational insurance corporation cases, and intellectual property disputes that involve patent, trademark, and trade secret laws.

She holds a BA in Communications from The George Washington University and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. She is admitted to the New Jersey and New York bars.

As a transplant from New Jersey, Marissa enjoys exploring the Bay Area by trying new restaurants and recipes, taking weekend getaways, and walking and hiking with her husband and young daughter.

“Tell me the facts and I’ll learn. Tell me the truth and I’ll believe. But tell me a story and it will live in my heart forever.”
