Dan is a senior trial consultant with over 20 years of experience in litigation support and trial services. With an emphasis on graphics, video, and multimedia production, he specializes in helping clients communicate complex issues to judges and juries through effective visual storytelling.

With clients including Chevron, Freeport-McMoRan, Anadarko Petroleum and many others, Dan has extensive experience in high stakes environmental litigation. He leads TFP’s Media Production Department, which is committed to providing excellent quality audio/visual services for clients seeking a broad range of presentation solutions, including field recordings and site documentation, video and audio enhancement/post-production, multimedia tutorials, 2D and 3D animation production, and interactive design. Dan has produced powerful trial demonstratives and strategies that result in favorable verdicts or settlements in cases such as the Deepwater Horizon Litigation, Vermilion Parish School Board vs. Louisiana Land & Exploration, Bristol-Myers Squibb vs. Mylan, and San Diego Water Authority vs. Metro Water District of Southern California.

As an active member of IMS | The Focal Point’s Pro Bono and Community Service Committees, Dan enjoys volunteering in support of Oakland public school libraries, the Alameda County Community Food Bank, The Crayon Initiative and other local charities.

Dan is a graduate of UC Santa Cruz and lives with his family in Albany, California.
