Checklists summarize where jurors have been and what they have discovered

The typical checklist consists of a series of statements (often presented as somewhat rhetorical questions) and boxes that can be checked “yes” or “no.” The checklist can be as simple or as elaborate as you want. Checklists work very well as spontaneous graphics on either a flipchart or blackboard. They also work well as dynamic boards or electronic displays.
