Bell v. Farmers
A class action case was brought by several thousand insurance adjusters against Farmers Insurance Exchange. The class proved that from 1993 through June 2001 Farmers misclassified claims adjusters as non-exempt employees and improperly failed to pay for overtime work.

The Focal Point also developed strategies and graphics to discredit the Defendant’s experts, who attempted to minimize damages by adopting inappropriate statistical modeling.
