Marion Stampley, Jr.
Senior Jury Consultant
With an expertise in focus group and mock trial research, Marion Stampley, Jr. J.D. has worked extensively on research design, witness preparation, selecting and managing shadow juries, post-trial interviews and jury selection. He has also been a speaker for several CLE conferences and an adjunct professor at the University of West Virginia, and State University of New York at Albany and Plattsburg. Marion has also managed and staffed several multi-million dollar ERISA, Intellectual Property, and Construction lawsuits.
Marion completed his undergraduate studies at Loyola University in New Orleans, and earned a Masters degree in Communications at Regis University in Denver. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Saint Louis University/Birmingham School of Law and holds a Masters Certification in Government Contract Management from Villanova University. Marion is a member of the National Bar Association.
In his spare time, Marion enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with his wife and three children.
