Senior Jury Consultant

Marion is a litigation consultant with an expertise in focus group and mock trial research. He has worked extensively on research design, witness preparation, selecting and managing shadow juries, post-trial interviews and jury selection. He has also been a speaker for several CLE conferences and an adjunct professor at Regis University, the University of West Virginia, and State University of New York at Albany and Plattsburg. Marion has also managed and staffed several multi-million dollar ERISA, Intellectual Property, and Construction lawsuits.

Marion completed his undergraduate studies at Loyola University in New Orleans, a Masters degree in mediation and conflict resolution at Regis University in Denver, and his formal legal training at the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta and Saint Louis University School of Law in St. Louis. Marion is a member of the National Bar Association.

In his spare time, Marion enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with his wife and three children.
