Chris joined The Focal Point in 2008 as a senior trial technician, having worked in the litigation support field for almost a decade. Prior to his arrival to the Bay Area, Chris grew up in New York State, and worked in New York City as a trial consultant. He has handled trial technology support and courtroom presentations for dozens of high stakes cases in his career, including the historic Perry v. Schwarzenegger trial in United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Other representative cases are Oracle v Peoplesoft, Visa v. Mastercard, and Zynga v. Playdom.

Chris excels in the pressure of the courtroom, and specializes in working on complex litigation. He has experience working with many types of litigation support software. In addition to being an experienced trial tech, he is also a Certified Concordance Software Administrator. He can consult with legal teams on constructing litigation databases, and has helped them troubleshoot problems with vast amounts of data.

Chris is a graduate of the State University of New York at Fredonia, with a BS in Business Administration/Management Information Systems. In his free time, Chris enjoys hiking, playing guitar and piano, and studying fine wine. He can be reached at
